  • Ansible Automation Engineer


    Position Description:
    The candidate will be responsible for the development of automation and container solutions utilizing Ansible Core, Ansible Tower and OpenShift. The candidate will be a member of a consulting team and work with our customers to design and implement automation for distributed data center infrastructure and cloud solutions. 

    Description of Duties:

    • Execute the duties and responsibilities as a member of the DevOps consulting team.
    • Develop Ansible playbooks and modules
    • Work collaboratively with our customers to create and deploy Ansible solutions for a distributed data center infrastructure environment
    • Implement Ansible infrastructure, create maintenance and configuration plans and provide SME level support
    • Implement OpenShift infrastructure, create maintenance and configuration plans and provide SME level support
    • Provide technical support to customers concerning automation solution usage
    • Create system and process documentation and user guides as needed diagrams and SOPs for customer deliverables
    • Create and/or assist in the creation of SOW to be provided to potential clients

     

    Required Experience/Skills/Attributes:

    • Experience with Ansible Core and Ansible Tower. (Experience with Ansible strongly preferred, however open to other DevOps (Chef, Salt, Puppet) tools experience)
    • Experience with OpenShift (Experience with OpenShift preferred, however open to other container platforms as well (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
    • Strong experience coding and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Batch files, etc.)
    • Strong experience with RHEL 6, RHEL 7, Windows 2016 and Windows 2019 System Administration
    • Strong knowledge of Source Code Control Systems (Git).
    • Experience leading system integration projects as the technical lead
    • Experience working with customers to capture/document requirements

     

    Desired Experience/Skills/Attributes:

    • Certification(s) in Ansible, OpenShift, Azure, and/or AWS
    • 4+ years’ experience with public cloud technologies with an emphasis on Azure or Amazon Web Services
    • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service architecture
    • LAN/WAN networking experience
  • Accounts Payable Coordinator

    Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team.

     

    Responsibilities include:

    • Managing all facets of Accounts Payable.
    • Various Reconciliations.
    • Comparing purchase orders, terms of payment and other changes.
    • Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
    • Processing due invoices for payments by preparing check run.
    • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
    • Communicating with all vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
    • Continuing to improve workflow process.
    • Processing expense reports via Concur by verifying entries, matching them with receipts and making sure that personal mileage is deducted according to IRS rules and regulations.
    • Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years hands-on experience on all aspects of Accounts Payable.
    • Bookkeeping experience a major Plus.
    • Proficient in Excel with experience in MS Office Suite.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Deadline and detailed oriented.
    • Experience in processing expense reports.

  • Administrative Assistant/Event Coordinator

    We have an opening for an Administrative Assistant/Event Coordinator. This position will have a combination of both Administrative and Event Planning responsibilities. As an Administrative Assistant, the candidate will be responsible for:

    • Supporting members of our Executive Team
    • Scheduling meetings/conferences.
    • Managing calendars for multiple Executives.
    • Processing payments, and setting up purchasing orders.
    • SalesForce.com Administration/enjancement.
    • Conference registration.
    • Oversite of general office administration.

     

    As an Event Coordinator, the candidate will work closely with our Marketing department and will be responsible for:

    • Planning and executing different partner and company events.
    • Assisting in registration, communications, and mailings.
    • Additional projects and functions will be assigned.

     

    Required Experience/Skills:

    • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills with an emphasis in PowerPoint.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to multi-task.
    • 5+ years of strong administrative assistant skills.
    • 5+ years' experience in event planning.

  • Contract/Renewal Support Coordinator

    We currently have an opening for a Contract Renewal Support Coordinator. This position will require experience in the following areas:

    • Leading in the execution and successful delivery of a proactive asset and contract management program to deliver all support renewal quotes.
    • Tracking progress of asset renewals across all vendors.
    • Implementing strategies and processes for collecting, maintaining, and ensuring current and accurate information required to meet operational and management goals.
    • Provide regular status reports, progress updates and communication to management.
    • Ensure hardware and software information is captured and entered into Support-TRAX.
    • Develop process improvement initiatives to successfully administer the asset renewal plan for all customers.
    • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize workload, to achieve specific set objectives in the most efficient way, within the organization's framework.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
    • Create social media posts to create awareness for Support-TRAX.
    • Work with Marketing to create campaigns that stress the importance of utilizing a reliable asset management tool to organize and track customers' support renewals.

    Required Experience/Skills:

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • 5+ years of relevant experience in Renewal Management/Customer Services
    • Maintain rolling 120-day renewal forecast by customer
    • Drive and own the renewal process
    • Work closely with renewal vendor reps to ensure accuracy of quotes
    • Proficient with Excel

    Education:
