  • Ansible Automation Engineer


    Position Description:
    The candidate will be responsible for the development of automation and container solutions utilizing Ansible Core, Ansible Tower and OpenShift. The candidate will be a member of a consulting team and work with our customers to design and implement automation for distributed data center infrastructure and cloud solutions. 

    Description of Duties:

    • Execute the duties and responsibilities as a member of the DevOps consulting team.
    • Develop Ansible playbooks and modules
    • Work collaboratively with our customers to create and deploy Ansible solutions for a distributed data center infrastructure environment
    • Implement Ansible infrastructure, create maintenance and configuration plans and provide SME level support
    • Implement OpenShift infrastructure, create maintenance and configuration plans and provide SME level support
    • Provide technical support to customers concerning automation solution usage
    • Create system and process documentation and user guides as needed diagrams and SOPs for customer deliverables
    • Create and/or assist in the creation of SOW to be provided to potential clients

     

    Required Experience/Skills/Attributes:

    • Experience with Ansible Core and Ansible Tower. (Experience with Ansible strongly preferred, however open to other DevOps (Chef, Salt, Puppet) tools experience)
    • Experience with OpenShift (Experience with OpenShift preferred, however open to other container platforms as well (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
    • Strong experience coding and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Batch files, etc.)
    • Strong experience with RHEL 6, RHEL 7, Windows 2016 and Windows 2019 System Administration
    • Strong knowledge of Source Code Control Systems (Git).
    • Experience leading system integration projects as the technical lead
    • Experience working with customers to capture/document requirements

     

    Desired Experience/Skills/Attributes:

    • Certification(s) in Ansible, OpenShift, Azure, and/or AWS
    • 4+ years’ experience with public cloud technologies with an emphasis on Azure or Amazon Web Services
    • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service architecture
    • LAN/WAN networking experience
  • Contract/Renewal Support Coordinator

    We currently have an opening for a Contract Renewal Support Coordinator. This position will require experience in the following areas:

    • Leading in the execution and successful delivery of a proactive asset and contract management program to deliver all support renewal quotes.
    • Tracking progress of asset renewals across all vendors.
    • Implementing strategies and processes for collecting, maintaining, and ensuring current and accurate information required to meet operational and management goals.
    • Provide regular status reports, progress updates and communication to management.
    • Ensure hardware and software information is captured and entered into Support-TRAX.
    • Develop process improvement initiatives to successfully administer the asset renewal plan for all customers.

    Required Experience/Skills:

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • 5+ years of relevant experience in Renewal Management/Customer Services
    • Maintain rolling 120-day renewal forecast by customer
    • Drive and own the renewal process
    • Work closely with renewal vendor reps to ensure accuracy of quotes
    • Proficient with Excel

  • Senior Consultant: Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud Services


    Melillo Consulting is seeking a driven and innovative consultant to join our growing team and help deliver solutions to address and meet the needs of our clients. The Infrastructure and Hybrid Cloud Senior Consultant will work with Melillo Solution Architects and clients to develop and deliver solutions and services around Infrastructure modernization and digital transformation. The consultant provides expertise in implementation fo complex systems in both of complex systems in both traditional infrastructure and public cloud.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Work at an expert level designing, implementing, and delivering all aspects of customer engagement in the various infrastructure areas in which you are qualified.
    • Work as a team member delivering consulting on other technologies.
    • Establish trusted advisor relationships with decision makers and senior buyers.
    • Confer with customers, prospects and salespeople to collect requirements.
    • Determine technical risk and issues and suggest mitigation options.
    • Develop proposals, solution briefs and pricing estimates.
    • Collaborate with project managers and other staff members to develop budgets and timelines for solutions.
    • Keep skills updated and remain proactively aware of current events in the industry.

     

    Qualifications

    • Expertise in one or more of the following:
      • Infrastructure from HPE and/or EMC
      • Virtualization technology from VMware or Microsoft
      • AWS and/or Azure
    • Outstanding client interface skills
    • Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction
    • Must have strong written and oral communication skills and be self-directed and independent
    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in information technology or computer science is required

     

    Experience

    Applicants should have a minimum of 10 yrs. related experience

    Location

    Clients and engagements will primarily be located in the New York / New Jersey metro area with some travel into New England and Pennsylvania. Typical engagements involve both on-site and remote activities.

  • Digital Marketing Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Management of leads generated by internal and external demand generation campaigns
      • Ensure all leads are entered into SharpSpring and assigned to the appropriate sales rep, nurture track and campaign ID
      • Add appropriate tags to facilitate future list building
      • Coordinate lead assignment with Director of Sales Operation
      • General bi-weekly lead disposition report to update lad status, pending actions, etc.
      • Generate monthly reports on BDR lead generation activities (calls made, emails sent, etc.)
    • Assist Marketing Director with development of internal nurture tracks
    • Work with Business Development Reps (BDRs) and Sales Reps to develop customized internal campaigns
    • Assist Marketing Director with MDF claims and management by pulling together Proof of Execution/Proof of Performance files for MDF funded campaigns
    • Support Marketing Events Coordinator as needed with promotional item ordering/coordinations, venue management, registration process, etc.

     

    Qualifications

    • Three+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation; direct experience with SharpSpring preferred but comparable platforms such as HubSpot, Pardo, Act-on, etc. is acceptable
    • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (SalesForce experience a plus)
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to compose compelling copy for emails and other digital marketing efforts on technology subject matter for a B2B audience; strong editing and proofreading skills (i.e. grammar, punctuation, word usage, etc.)
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) as well as Adobe Create Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
    • Hands-on experience with B2B social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube); experience with HootSuite a plus
    • Excellent time management skills; proven ability to work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment
    • Experience in B2B marketing environment required; experience in the technology sector a plus
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication, digital media, or comparable area of study
